Our Recruitment Process
Step 1
This step is essential to outcome success – Understanding you. Our initial priority to getting to know our clients, the roles and workplace culture.

Step 2
Equipped with role requirements, a recruitment plan can be implemented. this step is to reach out to candidates to gather all prospective applicants. This includes job posting and advertising across multiple relevant platforms and reaching out to our existing extensive candidate pool.

Step 3
With the registered applicants known, a refinement process is completed to short list suitable candidates. Consideration is given to role requirements, experience, potential for added value, qualifications and demonstrated achievement of results.

Step 4
With the refined selection of applicants, interviews and behavioural assessments are undertaken. Key to success in this step is ensuring cultural alignment with the client.

Step 5
Working alongside the client, a preferred applicant is selected and background checks are completed. During this step, an additional interview may be undertaken to facilitate discussions that are relevant to a successful placement.

Step 6
Post placement support is provided for both the successful applicant and client. Feedback of the process and measurement against success criteria is vital in ensuring a long-lasting relationship.
